Easy installation around the objective. Fits any objective on the market. Connects to Stage Top Incubator. Single channel controller available for standalone operation.
The Water Jacket Incubator provides superior incubation stability above and below room temperature. Water is pumped from a water bath into the base plate and into the lid, which are both Water Jackets.Temperature is measured inside a reference Petri-dish and is controlled by circulating water from a water bath into the Water Jacket Chamber. The Temperature Controller reads the temperature in the reference well and updates the set point temperature of the water bath, ensuring a specimen temperature stability of ± 0.1°C.
The Stage Top Chambers fits in the XY stage or Piezo insert of the microscope, connects to Okolab Temperature, Gas and Humidity Controllers and creates the proper environment for live cell imaging right on the microscope stage.
The Bold Line CO2 (and / or O2) are digital controllers are especially designed for Microscope incubators. They connect to the Temperature unit and share the same touch screen interface.
- connect to the T-UNIT of the Cage, Stage Top and Heating and Cooling Microscope Incubators - connect to Active Humidity Module, to provide humidification
Metal Plates.... ....for Inverted and Upright Microscopes
The Metal Plate creates a warm surface perfectly flush with the microscope stage. It employs a surface sensor to ensure the highest accuracy on temperature reading. The Metal Plates require H401-T-CONTROLLER, which can control independently up to two devices.
Glass T Plates... ....for Inverted/Upright/Stereo microscopes and Cabinets
The Glass T Plate creates a warm and optically transparent surface perfectly flush with the microscope stage. It employs Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) coating to obtain uniform heating throughout the glass surface and a surface sensor to ensure the highest accuracy on temperature reading. The glass is chemically strengthened and protected by a rigid aluminum frame.
The Glass Plates require H401-T-CONTROLLER, which can control independently up to two devices.
The microscope enclosure creates a large volume around the microscope in which temperature is controlled by recirculating warm air.
It is made of polycarbonate panels and encloses microscope stage, nosepiece and objectives. It doesn't affect focus stability. All electronics including EMCCDs, spinning disk confocal etc. are left outside of the enclosure avoiding exposure to 37°C.
The enclosure closely follows the microscope profile and is supported by posts resting on the vibration isolation table.
The dhs software module Measurement Tool enables two-dimensional measurement and labelling of previously saved images. With its innovative multilayer technology and many convenient features, it is used for a wide variety of applications.
You can connect a large number of different image sources to the dhs Image Data Base: from the digital microscope cameras which are commonplace today (see the dhs-MicroCam range) to simple analogue video cameras (b&w or colour), scanners, digital photo cameras and scanning electron microscopes, through to X-ray machines and interferometers.
Image-related data can already be entered directly during image capture. The process is supported by a function key. A large and fast live image ensures perfect ergonomics on the monitor.
The THMS600 is one of the most widely used heating and freezing microscope stages available. Thousands of stages have been sold around the world to date. The THMS600 is used in many applications where high heating/freezing rates and 0.01°C accuracy and stability are needed. The THMS600 has a temperature range of -196°C to 600°C.
Samples can be quickly characterized by heating to within a few degrees of the required temperature at a rate of up to 150°C/min with minimal overshoot, then slowed down to a few tenths of a degrees per minute to closely examine sample changes. The entire experiment can be saved as an online plot or exported to a spreadsheet application.
